Booking Terms & Conditions

  • While inside the cab, smoking, eating or drinking is totally not allowed
  • Your pre-paid booking through the app is only confirmed after you process the payment online
  • No pets are allowed without proper carrier box
  • For your safety, you should wear the seat belt during the ride
  • A maximum of 5 passengers are allowed in one cab (please note that a child whatever the age is counted as one passenger)
  • Please specify if you have a wheelchair to be prepared
  • London Cab now offering new pricing; Better Flexibility and more dynamic.
  • The estimate price showed at confirmation, might vary from the actual payment for time & mileage consumption.
  • Cancellation is free within 60 min before ride time
  • Cancellation within 30 min up to 60 min before the ride will be charged 50% of the ride fees
  • Cancellation within 30 min from the ride time will be considered as a NO SHOW and will be charged 100% or the ride fees
  • For Personal Driver trips, cancellation of trips within 60 minutes or less from pickup time will be charged with a penalty of 25% of trip fees with a minimum of 1 hour fees.
  • For 2 hours personal driver trip, Penalty will be 50% of trip fees
  • For 4 hours personal driver trip, Penalty will be 25% of trip fees
  • For 6 hours personal driver trip, Penalty will be 25% of trip fees
  • For 8 hours personal driver trip, Penalty will be 25% of trip fees
  • Waiting time for Safe Rides, The first 10 minutes of waiting time are for free. For every next minute, a charge of 3 EGP will be added.
  • Waiting time in the Airport rides is 45 minutes (free) after which each minute is for 3 EGP
  • London Cab is not tracking Flights. In case of flight delay or change, please notify London Cab before the pickup time.
  • Maximum waiting allowed is 30 minutes
  • Personal Driver rides, additional time costs as follows:

  • With Personal Driver rides, customer can use the cab for (2,4,6 and 8 hours) with unlimited mileage. In case of airport access a fee of 100L.E is added to the total trip fees.
  • For LEVC Personal Driver rides, airport access fees is 300L.E, added to the total trip fees.
  • In case our London Cab driver is late for more than 10 mins, a 10% of the fare will be deducted
  • In case our London Cab driver is late for more than 20 mins, a 25% of the fare will be deducted
  • Any changes to the trip details after trip has started will imply editing charges being added to the trip fees
  • Your luggage is entirely carried at your risk and responsibility
  • Customer will indemnify London Cab against all losses, costs, damages from any act of any passenger in your party
